Fire Damage to Property
Luckily for the owners of this property they were away at the time of the fire, unluckily we are not sure if their insurance covers them for the fire damage, it’s early days at the moment so only time will tell. We will be getting a scaffolding company to place scaffolding around the property and to place a tin roof over the property to keep the weather out.
The timbers to the main roof have been badly affected by fire damage and some of them will need to be cut out and replaced. A structural report will be obtained and all the timbers that are to badly burnt will be removed from the property and replaced with new timbers.
As the work progresses I will update this blog and make some more videos of the work in progress. Including some of the smoke damage that the property has been subjected to.
