Water Damage to Metal Balcony
The contractor that renovated this block of flats in Tower Bridge London has a responsibility to rectify defects up to ten years after the block had been completed, some of the balconies haves started to rust, so we have been asked to replace all defective panels.
One of the biggest problems is accessing the balconies is that each balcony will have to be scaffolded out and the defective panels will need to be removed. The rust treated finally the panel repainted and then re-fixed.
There are over 60 balconies to the block and we can only strip out two at a time, so this is going to be a long project for us.
